Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our 30-day guarantee

Open the book and read a chapter. If it doesn't move you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price. No questions, no forms. You may keep the book or pass it on; if we ask for it back, we send a prepaid return label for US orders.

Cancelling an order

Every copy is printed to order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order enters production, which is normally within 24 hours of purchase. Email us with your order number (it starts with #) and we will cancel it. Once a copy has been printed, cancellation is no longer possible, but the 30-day guarantee above still applies once it arrives.

Damaged, defective or wrong copies

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, missing pages, or is not the edition you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint and reship a replacement at no cost to you, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the damaged copy.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay) within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping charges, where any were paid, are refunded together with the book.
