Terms of Service

These terms govern every purchase made at bookofseven.store and its Shopify storefront (the “Store”), operated by Book of Seven Press, Ramat Gan, Israel (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and printing

THE BOOK OF SEVEN is printed on demand by our print partner after your order is placed. Production takes 2–4 business days before shipping. Because books are printed to order, minor variations in colour and trim are normal and are not defects.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay; we never see or store your card details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel any order placed at an obviously wrong price, with a full refund.

3. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs duties outside the United States are the recipient's responsibility.

4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

5. Your account and information

You agree to give accurate contact and shipping details. We use them only as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The text, English renderings, design, cover art and photographs of THE BOOK OF SEVEN are © Book of Seven Press. The Hebrew source texts of the Bible, Talmud and Mishneh Torah are in the public domain. You may quote short passages with attribution; you may not reproduce, scan or distribute the book or the Store's content commercially.

7. No endorsement, no advice

THE BOOK OF SEVEN is an educational work. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any rabbi, rabbinic court, synagogue, organization or religious body. Nothing in the book or on the Store is legal, medical, financial or halachic advice. Where the classical sources disagree, the book says so; for practical guidance consult a qualified teacher.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Fraud and misuse

We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or placed by a reseller in breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in them limits consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your order applies to it.
